How do you charge for your work?
A commission on the order value: 10% up to €2,000, 9% above €2,000 and 7% above €5,000. The minimum order is €500. Goods are paid against the factory invoices, and we agree the agent commission before we start.
What about VAT and import duties?
For exports outside the EU, the sale is as a rule exempt from Italian VAT once the export is confirmed. For EU companies with a valid VAT number, the intra-community supply regime usually applies. Duties and VAT in the destination country depend on the HS code, so check current rates with a customs broker.
Do you work under an NDA and on our behalf?
Yes. We sign an NDA, and for sourcing agencies we work as white label: you remain the only contact for your client, while we handle the work in Italy behind the scenes.
Which countries do you ship to?
Our main markets are Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia), followed by the UAE, Europe, the USA and Saudi Arabia. We choose the delivery method and documents to suit the destination. Every order is checked against EU export rules, including the sanctions on Russia and Belarus: we do not ship goods covered by the bans.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the format. Ready stock from showrooms is collected faster, while production under your label needs patterns, samples and a slot in the factory schedule. We give you real lead times once the factories have replied.
