Tvoi Agent provides buying agent services in Prato, Florence and across Italy: factory and fabric sourcing, live stream shopping, production under your label, quality control, consolidation and shipping arrangements. Descriptions are general information only. Availability, lead times and terms depend on the request, the order volume and the suppliers.
Requests and tailored proposals
A message, call or request does not create a contract and does not guarantee that an order will be placed. Terms are always agreed individually. A service is considered agreed only after written confirmation of the scope, commission, payment and cancellation terms. The terms of that confirmation or of a separate contract apply.
Third-party suppliers
Factories, showrooms, carriers, customs brokers and other independent suppliers are involved in fulfilling requests. Their availability, lead times and own rules may affect the service. The liability of the parties is defined by the tailored proposal and applicable law.
Confidentiality
We treat information about clients and requests as confidential. For projects with stricter requirements, the parties may sign a separate NDA. Client materials and results are not published without permission.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, brand and original materials of the website belong to Tvoi Agent or are used lawfully. You may not systematically copy, extract, resell or use the materials and structure of the website to build a competing database without written permission.
Governing law and contacts
