FAQ
What is the minimum per colour at Italian mills?
It depends on the fabric and the mill. From stock you can often buy from a single roll, while a new colour made to order usually has a much higher minimum. We get exact figures for each item before you order.
How do I get fabric samples?
We collect swatches or sample lengths from suppliers and send them by express courier. You can also see the fabrics on video first and order samples only of the ones you like.
Are certified recycled fabrics available?
Yes, some mills work with recycled content certification, for example GRS. If the certificate matters, we request the current document before ordering and check that it covers that specific fabric.
Who pays import duties on fabrics?
As a rule, import duties and taxes are paid by the consignee in the destination country. The rate depends on the HS code and the country, so check it with a customs broker before ordering. We prepare the export documents on the Italian side.
Can I buy stock fabrics?
