That is why we take each style through a pattern maker, a prototype and a fitting before you order the run. We work with pattern makers and sample rooms in Prato and Florence. You send a sketch, a photo or a reference garment, we relay your fit comments and show you every sample on video, on a dress form or on a model.

Tech pack
We turn your sketches, measurements, fabrics and details into a clear brief in Italian for the workshop.
Base pattern
The pattern maker drafts the pattern in your base size, taking into account the fabric and the fit you want.
Prototype
We sew the first sample, in a similar fabric if needed, to check the silhouette.
Fitting and corrections
We show you the sample on video, record your corrections and pass them to the pattern maker.
Grading
Once the fit is approved, the pattern is graded across your size chart.
Sales samples
We produce a set of samples in the final fabric for photo shoots, showrooms or buyers.

Can I order samples only, without a production run?
Yes. The workshop quotes the cost and timing of the samples in advance, and we agree them with you before work starts.
In what format will I receive the patterns?
It depends on the workshop: paper patterns or digital files. We agree on the format and the handover before starting.
