Which apps do you stream on?
WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or WeChat. You choose; we stream from a phone on a gimbal so the picture stays sharp.
How long is a session?
It depends on the order size, usually one to three hours. It can be split across several days.
What is the minimum order?
From €500 for the whole order, which can be spread across several showrooms. Each showroom has its own minimum, usually one size run per style, and we pick in advance the ones where your volume works. Commission is 10% up to €2,000, 9% above €2,000 and 7% above €5,000.
How many showrooms can we see in one session?
Usually several, depending on the distance between them and the size of the order. We agree the route before the session so you only see ranges that fit you, and we split a large purchase into several sessions.
Why do I need to pay soon after the session?
Showrooms hold reserved goods only briefly, usually until payment, and fast-selling styles go to other buyers. That is why we forward the suppliers' invoices right after the session and check the bank details in advance.
Can I order a single piece to try?
No. Prato's wholesale showrooms sell size runs and as a rule do not sell single pieces. A session is designed for store and brand purchases from €500, which usually means a few styles in full size runs.
