Turnkey buying means the whole job is on our side: we check availability, show you the item live on video, buy it in the official boutique with a receipt, inspect it, pack it with care, help with VAT refund or export documents where applicable, and ship it or hand it over in person. Everything is done discreetly and precisely. We do not ship luxury items to Russia or Belarus, as EU sanctions regulations prohibit it.

Availability check
We check availability in boutiques in Florence and Milan and, if needed, in nearby designer outlets. We tell you where the item is available and at what price.
Live video viewing
We show you the item live on WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or WeChat: the colour in daylight, hardware, stitching and everything included. The decision to buy is always yours.
Purchase with the official receipt
We buy only in official boutiques and outlets of the fashion houses. You receive the receipt, the branded packaging and everything the boutique includes with the item.
Inspection and packing
We inspect the item again after purchase, record its condition in photos and video, and pack it so that the box and dust bag arrive undamaged.
Documents, delivery or handover
Where applicable, we help with tax-free or export paperwork. We ship to the UAE, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Armenia, Uzbekistan, European countries, the USA and other destinations, or hand the item over in person in Italy and the EU.

Questions about buying from boutiques
How much does the buying service cost?
The fee is calculated individually and depends on the brand, the specific item and the complexity of the request. We quote it before we start, once the request has been clarified.
Can you find an item that is not on the brand's website?
Often, yes: the range in Italian boutiques differs from the online store, and some models are sold only in store. We cannot guarantee availability, but we will tell you honestly whether the item is in stock in boutiques in Florence and Milan.
Can I get a VAT refund on the purchase?
A VAT refund (tax-free) or a VAT-free export purchase is not always possible: it depends on your residence, how the goods leave the EU and the rules of the specific boutique. We confirm the conditions in advance for each request.
Do you deliver luxury items to Russia and Belarus?
No. As of 2026, EU Regulations 833/2014 and 765/2006 prohibit selling, supplying and exporting luxury goods worth more than €300 per item to Russia and Belarus, as well as brokering services related to them. We comply with these restrictions.
Which countries do you ship to?
To the UAE, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Armenia, Uzbekistan, European countries, the USA and other destinations where such shipments are permitted. You can also collect your purchase in person in Italy or receive it in another EU country.
