FAQ
How much does factory sourcing cost?
We work on commission on the order value: 10% up to €2,000, 9% above €2,000 and 7% above €5,000. If the project needs a long search and sample development, we agree the terms in advance.
What minimum order quantities do factories accept?
It depends on the factory and the product. Some workshops handle small batches, while larger plants have high minimums. We shortlist only those that fit your volume. The minimum order through us is €500.
Does every factory in Prato produce in Italy?
No. Some companies sell goods made outside Italy. We check where production actually takes place and never promise a Made in Italy label where there are no grounds for it.
Can I come and see the factory myself?
Yes. We arrange the visit with airport pickup, factory tours and an interpreter for the meetings. If you have no time to fly in, we show you the factory on video.
