Can I buy items above EUR 300 in Prato?
Not for Russia. Under EU Regulation 833/2014, clothing, footwear and bags worth more than EUR 300 per item count as luxury goods banned from export. The threshold applies to the price of a single unit, and we do not include such lines in the order. We check the rule against the wording in force in 2026.
Who handles Chestny ZNAK marking?
The importer, meaning your company, orders the codes, and the goods must be marked before customs clearance. We agree labels with the factory and help apply the code labels if that suits your import set-up.
What is the minimum order?
EUR 500 for the whole order. Some showrooms have their own minimum run, usually a few units of one style across sizes: we tell you during the live session.
How long does delivery take?
The time for selection, purchase and consolidation depends on order size and the number of suppliers, and we agree it at the start. Consolidated road freight to Moscow through our partners takes roughly two to four weeks; the partner confirms the exact time at booking.
Can you produce a lot under my own brand?
Yes, we place small runs with Prato factories, from patterns and samples to sewing in your labels. The minimum run depends on the factory and the garment, so we calculate it for each specific style.
How is the order paid?
Payment terms are agreed individually, through channels permitted by EU rules. The goods are paid on the factories' invoices, and the commission is charged separately.
